“I was delighted when I found out about Jami's creative methods course. Jami always encourages creativity and curiosity. The course fully met my expectations: I learned about new approaches or new ways to apply or use approaches I'd come across. I loved participating in the course with other like-minded people who were happy to share their own expertise, experience and opinions. It was inspiring and totally engaging, and Jami brought great energy, insight and enthusiasm to it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in broadening out their approaches to be more creative.”

"Jami worked with us as our Impact Manager for two years, and during that time, although she was a contractor, she felt like a core member of the Apps for Good team. Jami completely revitalised our impact and evaluation journey and set us up with the best knowledge, creative methods and tools to take it forward without her."

"Jami supported the review of our Theory of Change. From the outset she listened to understand about the organisation and what we were looking to achieve. She developed creative and engaging solutions to key elements of our project and used her wealth of expertise and experience to see what might best suit an organisation like ours while consistently remaining personalised with suggestions tailored to our specific needs. She is approachable and extremely knowledgeable and can quickly assimilate information and communicate ideas in a simple and engaging way."

"At Together for Children, we worked with Bright Impact as the independent evaluator for the Breathing Space project. Jami’s approach was rigorous and innovative, enabling meaningful engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, including young people with neurodiverse needs, parents and carers, as well as colleagues in Education and Social Care. The evaluation outputs were wide-ranging and impactful. Jami worked with our Young Commissioners to co-produce a digital exhibition, an inclusive and creative method that reflected the ethos of the project and elevated the voices of young people. Jami was able to navigate the complex model, language and wider context associated with the 3-year DfE funded project, and her written outputs were clear, well-structured, and insightful. Her evaluation has made a valuable contribution to our understanding of the project’s impact and has supported our ongoing development of inclusive and informed practice for young people and families in Sunderland."
